HelpAid has been guided by the social development principles since it's establishment in 1998. This
organization has been an aggressive volunteer in support of indigent and alienated people Sri Lanka . HelpAid is interested in alleviating poverty and shelter, and keeping peace through non-political activities.
Here we coordinate and manage our national programmes. HelpAid operates field
surveys, emergency aid, relief support, educational and economic assistance, and international cooperation based on mutual
understanding between the cooperating countries. HelpAid has decentralized structure in doing decision-making with each regional
office to expedite the process. In accordance with this policy, each regional office promptly responds, serves and satisfies
the needs raised in each area.
OBJECTIVES: To build an
environmentally healthy, just and peaceful society in which each person can live to his or her basic needs.
